NICOTINA INVITES YOU TO STEP INSIDE THE HUMIDIFIED, WOOD-PANELED DELUSIONS OF THE HIGH-ALTITUDE ELITE. THIS COLLECTION IS A SATIRICAL EXPLORATION OF THE HYPER-CURATED LIVES FOUND IN THE CIGAR LOUNGES OF GSTAAD AND ST. MORITZ. IT SERVES AS A WARDROBE FOR THE SEDENTARY ELITES, POKING FUN AT THE ECCENTRICITIES OF THE ALPINE PATRIARCH. RESEARCH INTO VINTAGE CIGARETTE CARDS INFORMS A SILHOUETTE THAT IS INTENTIONALLY OVER-EMBELLISHED, BLURRING THE LINES BETWEEN THE WARDROBE AND TREASURES THESE MEN SQUIRREL AWAY IN THEIR VELVET-LINED DENS.   this project is co.llab with DOLA AI.

FULL LOOK PRESENT:

GARMENTS detail:

First two pieces are made of creamy silk velvet. The design of the top is inspired by the traditional pajama style. The collar is simplified, and golden braided trim is top-stitched on the side seams. Additionally, a golden trim is added along the center back.

The design of the trousers also takes inspiration from traditional pajama pants. During the pattern-making process, the style of cigarette pants was referenced. Additionally, a golden yellow trim was added along the side seams.
The Jacket is made of artificial fur (woolcrest). The design was inspired by the cut of the smoking jacket from the 1990s. There are two lapels on the chest, attached to the back of the neck, forming a collar. The wide leather belt at the back of the coat is inspired by the traditional smoking jacket's tie. When the belt is tightened, the back piece forms pleats. The inside is lined with dark brown lining (woolcrest).
